A day the Lord made

I had a whole piece ready to talk about behavior health and its role in community healthcare, but today I am not going to do much talking. Today I want everyone to take a moment to enjoy what a beautiful day I am seeing. The sky is blue, the air is crisp, and it is 72 degrees on my front porch…this is a day the Lord made. People who work in healthcare are hard-working people. We often spend most of our waking hours giving of ourselves in the service of others and miss these days. Today I want everyone to step away from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives and go outside, take a deep breath, and smile…enjoy this day!
